Newman Estate White
Our most popular wine and for good reason. This wine is an example of blending two opposite grapes together for a completely unique experience. The Chardonnay is lightly oaked and provides the body and mellowness to the wine. The Seyval is light and crisp and provides the blend with much more energy than you would see in a Chardonnay. Our most often comment on this wine is that “I often don’t like Chardonnay’s but, I like this wine.” We strongly recommend you try it.

Newman Estate Red
Lucie Kuhlmann is a small berry and normally makes full body wines with a firm tannin structure. We lighten this red by minimizing the contact on the skins to just a few days. When blended with Cabernet this gives us a much smoother, medium bodied red. With the complexity of the Lucie Kuhlmann and Cabernet Sauvignon, we choose to keep the oak to a minimum to keep the wine in a balanced level.
Black Currant and Bell Pepper
Newman Estate Green
Not to be confused with Vino Verde, which is normally a young wine from Portugal, we call this blend our Green wine as an environmental play. L’Acadie Blanc, the primary grape in this Blende, has a natural resistance to Powdery and Downy Mildew. It is because of this that is normally used in Organic wine production in the Maritimes and requires very few farming inputs. The grape also has a higher acidity which allows for us to use minimal amounts of sulfites keeping the wine fresh and clean.
